Project was executed nicely and with intelligence. The Project Lead was very easy to work with. Changes made were done in a timely fashion, communication was excellent and improvements after completion were no problem. Highly recommended! Will work with again.

We''re a high-tech startup developing a leading edge software product. Our previous company was a medium-sized Web development firm with over 20 full time employees. We know Web development and we know software. We needed to outsource part of our product development. We put together a highly detailed bid and specification for a complex asp.net Web application that was estimated to be in the $5,000 range. Even during the bid process, Ontrack set themselves far apart from the rest of the bidders. They did their homework, asked the right questions, and went far beyond the call in creating a meaningful, detailed response. We had our reservations because Ontrack had not done business through Elance before and there was no documented track record. We did a little bit of homework on our own and after careful deliberation decided to give the contract to Ontrack, primarily because of the depth and quality of their proposal. Now, two months and a completed project later, I can say that in my 20+ years of software development, I''ve never worked with a better team. Period. They delivered on-time with fantastic quality on a complex application. Our internal programmers were very impressed. And Ontrack kept to budget. Our startup situation is financially extremely tight and we could not afford cost overruns. Ontrack kept to their word every step of the way. Most importantly, they were an absolute delight to work with. Rupankar and his team were always on the ball, listening carefully, providing thoughtful responses, and guiding us to make better decisions when our own ideas were flawed. I never had to repeat myself, never had to remind them of anything, and never had to review the same bug twice. Frankly, it was amazing.
