HDFC, a premier Indian Banking Institution launched a Life Insurance Package for which, they wanted to manage different agencies effectively. Ontrack Systems was engaged in developing an exhaustive software package to efficiently and effectively manage its entire agency network all over India.
Agency Management Software (AMS) takes care of the pre-licensing and post-licensing life cycles of an insurance agency.
The Pre-licensing life cycles covers the contracts, agreements between the company and the agencies and the training requirements of the agency staff.
The post-licensing module is more sales and distribution oriented. The Post-licensing covers the Lead Tracking system, a sub-module to manage the generated leads by the Business Development Managers and Finance Controllers with definable escalation levels and support of auto-allocation. The module also captures the marketing support workflow to run advertisement campaigns over different media along with an online FAQ system to handle agent queries in the Agent Help line sub-module.
AMS also captures the correspondence between the bank and the agents in both pre-licensing and post-licensing phases. The software also provides exhaustive MIS reports.
