B Hari is presently the Managing Director of the Company. He is a B.E (Electrical Engineering) from Bengal Engineering College (Calcutta University, India) and has over 22 years of experience in the IT industry. Other than providing leadership and vision to the company, Hari has specialized in using the Internet for innovative applications. Recipient of ‘Personality of the Year’ (2009) awarded by COMPASS, he is an active Member of NASSCOM, Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, TiE Kolkata and other Industry & Trade bodies.

Mr. S. V. Ramani is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a qualified lawyer and member of Indian Council of Arbitration, New Delhi. He is an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He joined Ontrack Systems Limited in June 1998 as Financial Consultant and since January 2000 as Director (Legal) and Company Secretary. Prior to Ontrack Systems Limited, he held responsibilities in Shrachi Securities Limited (3 years) as Senior Vice President (F) & Secretary and in M/s.Steel Authority of India Limited & Maharashtra Elektrosmelt Ltd (17 years) as Company Secretary & Legal Advisor. He has 22 years of experience in various areas of Finance and Company Law.

Mr. Vijay Chhinkwani is a practising Certified Accountant based in Kolkata. He has rich experience in handling various statutory, Internal audits, Income Tax and sales tax matters. Vijay is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over 22 years experience in Audit and Taxation.

Mr.Robin Ghosh is a post-graduate in Economics from Delhi University and is currently Managing Director, INFOCOM, an information and communication Company involved in production of television software in the area of entertainment and education. He has written a number of articles on business economics in leading newspapers and magazines and has wide knowledge and experience in the area of advertising, promotion and marketing. Prior to this, he worked as Chief Economist with Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Calcutta where his assignments included preparation of analysis of Government’s economic policies, help and advise member companies on various economic and business issues. He is also the Director of Zoom Enterprises Ltd. that owns Hotels at Kolkata and Goa. Mr. Ghosh is Consultant for Sahara India TV and also to an International Group that owns and manages Institute of Advanced Management (IAM) at Kolkata & Goa, International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) at Kolkata.

Mr.Ramdevan V Krishnaswamy is a management graduate from Bernard Baruch College, New York. Currently, he is a Director of Redbrick Realtors in Chennai, a niche real estate developer. His business interests spans across industries such as IT, Realty, and Garments.

Earlier in his career, Ramdevan was one of the founding principal in Intellisys Technology LLC a software services consulting company based in the US, with offices in Australia, Singapore and India. He is a specialist in Mergers & Acquisition having worked for over 10 years in one of New York’s larger financial information services company in the area of deal structure and entertainment finance.
